We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a number of managers for a variety of premises in various locations around the UK for pub companies, brewers, receivers and private investors.

Our client is experiencing incredible growth and has a large number of current vacancies and is constantly on the look out for management singles and couples to operate sites. Sites range from wet-led locals to food driven businesses.
The deal on offer and criteria required are as follows:
- Motivation pay structure, manager receives 15% of the outlets gross wet take as their fee.
- In most cases the manager gets to operate the food side of the business and retain 100% of any revenue generated by this.
- The company pay for all utility and operating costs.
- The manager is only required to pay the council tax and TV licence for the private accommodation.
- The manager is also responsible for any staffing costs.
- The company will pay for Sky TV and entertainment where it is warranted and felt it will drive trade.
- Prospective managers are required to hold a valid personal licence or be in a position to be granted one.
- The company also require a deposit against any possible stock/cash deficits or loss/damage to property or fixtures and fittings.
